I wanted to share with you the story behind my baby apparel company, Bibzees. When my son was born in January of 2007 I assumed that dressing a boy was not going to compare to the fun I had while dressing my daughter, but I was pleasantly surprised. Vintage washed jeans, camouflage cargo pants, and rocker style graphic t-shirts were abundant and my little guy became my little dude! The problem was that 15 minutes after dressing my son, his shirt was soaked from spit up and drool. I decided it was easier to have him wear a bib than to change his shirt every few hours. So there I had my little stud in his rocker apparel topped off with a pastel blue bib that said, "Grandma Loves Me". My search began for trendier bibs in the cooler colors my son was wearing. I was able to find some cute bibs but there was nothing that coordinated with my son's (uhmm....my) style. That's when I got the idea for Bibzees. Why should the trendy design be on the shirt or bodysuit when that was being covered up by a mismatched bib? I decided to make a 3 piece set consisting of a bodysuit and two bibs where the cool graphics are on the bib instead of hidden beneath. Each set comes with two bibs so when spit up and drool happens, you switch out the bib instead of changing an entire outfit. The best part is the bibs are screen printed using eco friendly water based ink.
Just checked out your site and love your range. At the moment i am not taking on anything new. We only launched two weeks ago so i need to see what sells first. In saying that once things pick up i would love to take another look at your range.
Thx so much for checkin out my site. I'm so glad to be part of this community. I'm always interested in helping out the community and sharing. My husband is helping out on the viral marketing end of things and does lots with new media. Glad to be here,
