How do you manage the balance of selling your range direct on the web, whilst keeping onto your retail customers. It has been a catch 22 for me, retail customers have large overheads which means they have to buy things that they can sell at a good margins as well as wanting not to carry too much stock, but has the option for short term orders. Hence, why which ever way I go I have alot of money tied up in stock. Since my website went live, my retail customers who are active on the website have stoppped continued with my dresses but they are not branded under the name 'Perfume River', which is understandable.

Your own take on this would be much appreciated.
