Unfair trade practices

I am a manufacturer based out of india and have had a bad experience with one USA based designer/ retailer who has gotten her clothing manufactured by us and has sold them via her website and other b2b websites but hasnt paid up and refuses to respond to mails phone calls etc. I would be willing to reveal her name and her company and warn other manufacturers/suppliers but I am hoping I would get some response from her since she is registered on this site as well.
